These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of luxury car rental services provided by oneiroys, operating in Singapore. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to luxury car rental services provided by oneiroys
• "User," "You," or "Renter" means the individual or entity booking and using our services
• "We," "Us," or "Company" refers to oneiroys
• "Vehicle" means the automobile rented under this Agreement
• "Rental Period" means the duration specified in your booking confirmation
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions plus any specific rental agreement signed

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services, making a booking, or signing a rental agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and oneiroys. Additional terms may apply to specific rentals as outlined in individual rental agreements.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from oneiroys, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license issued by a recognized authority
• Have held your license for a minimum of 2 consecutive years
• Possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide valid identification documents upon request
• Have a valid credit card in your name for security deposit

International visitors must present both their home country license and an International Driving Permit (IDP) valid in Singapore.

4. Booking and Reservation

Reservation Process

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. All reservations require:

• Completed booking form with accurate information
• Valid payment method for deposit
• Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
• Verification of driver credentials

Booking Confirmation

We will send a booking confirmation via email once your reservation is processed and deposit is received. This confirmation includes rental details, vehicle information, pricing, and pickup arrangements.

Availability

While we strive to honor all bookings, vehicle availability cannot be absolutely warranted. In rare cases where the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative or provide a full refund of any payments made.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include:

• Comprehensive vehicle insurance
• 24-hour roadside assistance
• Specified fuel allowance
• Vehicle preparation and detailing

Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A security deposit is required at the time of vehicle collection, held on your credit card and released upon satisfactory return.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit ranging from SGD 2,000 to SGD 5,000 (depending on vehicle category) is required. This deposit covers potential damages, traffic violations, or additional charges. The deposit is released within 7 business days of vehicle return, provided no claims are pending.

Additional Charges

You may incur additional charges for:

• Exceeding specified mileage limits
• Late returns beyond grace period
• Traffic violations or parking fines
• Damage to vehicle or missing items
• Excessive cleaning requirements
• Toll road charges (Electronic Road Pricing)

6. Vehicle Collection and Return

Collection

Vehicle handover includes:

• Thorough walkthrough of vehicle features and controls
• Photographic documentation of vehicle condition
• Verification of fuel level and mileage
• Review of rental agreement terms
• Provision of emergency contact information

Return

Vehicles must be returned:

• At the agreed time and location
• In the same condition as collected (normal wear excepted)
• With fuel level matching collection (unless prepaid fuel option selected)
• Clean and free of personal belongings

Late Returns

A grace period of 1 hour is provided. Returns exceeding this incur charges at 150% of the hourly rate. Failure to return the vehicle without notification may be reported to authorities as potential theft.

7. User Responsibilities

Proper Use

You agree to:

• Operate the vehicle in accordance with Singapore traffic laws
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition during rental
• Immediately report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues
• Keep the vehicle locked and secure when unattended
• Use appropriate fuel type as specified

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Allow anyone other than authorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Use the vehicle for illegal activities or commercial purposes
• Participate in racing, speed contests, or reckless driving
• Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Take the vehicle outside Singapore without written permission
• Smoke in the vehicle or transport pets (unless pre-approved)
• Exceed vehicle passenger or cargo capacity
• Modify, alter, or tamper with the vehicle

8. Insurance and Liability

Included Coverage

All rentals include comprehensive insurance covering:

• Third-party liability as required by Singapore law
• Vehicle damage (subject to excess/deductible)
• Theft protection
• Roadside assistance

Excess/Deductible

In the event of damage or theft, you are responsible for the excess amount specified in your rental agreement (typically SGD 3,000-5,000). Zero-excess options are available at additional cost.

Non-Covered Situations

Insurance does not cover:

• Damage resulting from prohibited use or negligence
• Damage to tires, wheels, undercarriage, or interior
• Loss of keys or electronic fobs
• Parking fines or traffic violations
• Personal belongings left in the vehicle

9. Accidents and Damage

In the event of an accident, damage, or theft:

1. Ensure safety and provide assistance to any injured parties
2. Contact emergency services if required (Police: 999, Ambulance: 995)
3. Notify oneiroys immediately via our emergency line
4. Obtain police report and witness information if applicable
5. Do not admit liability or make statements to other parties
6. Document the scene with photographs if safe to do so
7. Complete our incident report form within 24 hours

Failure to follow these procedures may result in denial of insurance coverage and full liability for damages.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

By Renter

• More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund of payments made
• 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of rental amount
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund provided

By oneiroys

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of:

• Vehicle unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements
• Provision of false or inaccurate information
• Previous rental violations or outstanding payments

In such cases, we will provide a full refund of any payments made or offer an alternative vehicle of equal or greater value.

11. Modification of Booking

Changes to existing bookings (dates, vehicle, duration) are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees. Modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Extensions during the rental period require prior approval and additional payment.

12. Disclaimers

We are not responsible for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions
• Personal inconvenience resulting from vehicle issues
• Consequential damages arising from rental use
• Loss or damage to personal property left in vehicles

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claims arising from your rental shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury beyond that covered by insurance.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless oneiroys, its employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the vehicle
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Violation of any laws or regulations
• Damage or injury caused to third parties

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your rental immediately without refund if:

• You breach any term of this Agreement
• You provide false information
• The vehicle is used for illegal purposes
• You fail to maintain proper vehicle care
• Payment instruments are declined or invalid

16. Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). By using our services, you consent to this collection and processing.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

18. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre rules.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with your specific rental agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and oneiroys. No verbal agreements or representations shall modify these terms unless confirmed in writing.

21. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via email to registered users.
