Renters must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driving license held for a minimum of two years. International visitors should present their home country license along with an International Driving Permit. A deposit is required at the time of booking, refundable upon the vehicle's safe return.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to ensure vehicle availability, particularly during peak periods or public holidays. However, we can often accommodate same-day requests depending on fleet availability. Contact us directly for urgent bookings.

All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage, roadside assistance, vehicle preparation and detailing, and specified fuel allowances. Additional services such as delivery to your location, extended hour coverage, or specialized route planning can be arranged with advance notice.

Changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental time without penalty. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours, a portion of the deposit will be retained to cover administrative costs.

Yes, we provide complimentary delivery and collection within central Singapore for rentals of three days or longer. For shorter rentals or locations outside the central area, a nominal fee applies. Precise scheduling can be coordinated with our team to match your convenience.

In the unlikely event of mechanical issues, contact our support line immediately. We'll arrange for roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle depending on the situation. For multi-day rentals, we can provide a comparable substitute within a few hours to minimize any inconvenience.
